We invite You to review our policy on shipping and delivery. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days  depending on our shipment deliveries within the outreach range of delivery area. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays and weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For our friends in Malaysia, shippings are fixed at RM9 for Peninsular and RM14 for Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan. The list below are for countries which we have shipped before using standard courier services.

If your shipping destination is not listed or you are looking for really fast delivery, please get in touch with us so that we can find out the best options for your satisfaction. This list will be updated from time to time as our business expands.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping under our shipping partners. Therefore if you received your order damaged or it is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Do save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We have the right not to do any replacement of any damaged or lost shipping parcel if we did not receive any notification from you regarding the issue or if the returned parcel is not in good condition as when the parcel shipped.
